Machining is at the very heart of Acrotec’s activities. This is the core process in most of the plants, allowing the Group to offer a unique range of capabilities.

The Group’s processes and machines enable it to work with a wide variety of different materials (brass, aluminium, stainless steels, titanium, super-alloys, chrome cobalt alloys, precious metals, PEEK and plastic materials) as well as with a large range of different dimensions, from Ø0.05 mm up to Ø300 mm.

Main technologies include screw machining, CNC turning, CNC multi spindle machining, transfer machining, milling, micromachining and gearing.

This complete range allows the Group’s production plants to offer a competitive solution for all of our customers whether they are looking for prototypes or small series up to high volume productions of several million parts each week.
