Over the years the Group has integrated the finishing processes in order to offer a complete solution to all of its customers.

It starts with perfect cleanliness of the final products. To achieve this, Acrotec Group uses the latest technologies integrating high-end washing systems with in-house cleanliness labs.

The group also performs assembling and packaging operations in a clean room for several Medtech applications.

Another finishing process is DMC laser marking, which, combined with the Group’s ERP system, provides a high level of traceability.

The Group also develops its own automatic vision inspection machines for the high-volume productions to ensure total quality.

For luxury and watch applications, the Group developed its own decoration processes such as painting, decorative surface treatments and specific brushing.
