For many years, a key factor in the Group’s success has been the vertical integration of key processes into the manufacturing of its products in order to  provide a fully integrated solution to its customers.

For this reason, the Group has integrated a large range of heat treatment solutions and selective hardening using HF induction in order to offer the right material properties. Acrotec’s three surface treatment facilities offer local support to their customers and can be considered as a benchmark for watch components.

When it comes to assembling, the Group is able to produce most of the components in-house ensuring flexibility, reliability, and independence.

The Group is also developing and manufacturing its own automatic assembling machines.

Finally, with regards to  its specialist spring production, Acrotec Group has integrated the entire process from cold rolling and heat treatment to the coiling using its in-house developed machines and allowing the Group to offer a complete and efficient end product.
