Acrotec Group acquires Tectri SA and the companies Diener AG Precision Machining and Diener Precision Pumps

With the present operation, the Acrotec Group is taking another step in its diversification in the medical sector.

“The Acrotec Group directors are very happy that Tectri has decided to join them. This takeover is perfectly in line with our strategy: Tectri is a new flagship that joins our “federation”, and which will allow us to strengthen our position in the medical sector”.

François Billig, Acrotec CEO

The company Diener AG Precision Machining, which was set up in Zurich-Oerlikon by Oskar Diener in 1955 and then relocated to Embrach, is renown as a metal-cutting specialist for medical technology and precision mechanics.

“We are very pleased that Messrs Rolf Diener and Douglas Robinson have decided that their company joins us. This transaction is aligned with Acrotec’s strategy to create an independent provider specialised in the fields of micro-mechanics, micro-technology and medical technology. Both Diener companies are new flagships that have joined our organisation, and they will doubtless enable us to strengthen our position as subcontracting partner for our customers,”
